Delivery & Refund Policy

Returns

All return items must be returned in UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL POLY BAGS ATTACHED. Please be aware that items must be returned with their original packaging, which includes the original box in its original condition. We recommend posting the items with the original box back in a separate box to ensure that the product is delivered in acceptable condition. Items returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN LISTING indicating the description, quantity and reason of returns.

After seller checks if returned product is UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition, return is completed and seller will process your returned order.

If you have requested for a refund, the amount will appear as a credit on your Beyond Gift Sdn Bhd account. This credit can be used with your next order.

If you returned products for an exchange, the requested items will be shipped to you when you place your next order, unless you have requested that the items be dispatched immediately.

There is an administration fee of 10% being restocking for all items returned. SALES or PROMOTION items cannot be returned.

For all orders with defect or wrong item, email us at sales@beyondgift.com.my with your invoice number. You may call us at +606-2311135. We will advise accordingly.

Products replacement are only applicable to defective, damaged at the time of receipt, and when wrong items delivered.


Cancellation

You may request for cancellation within 1 hour from the time of payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund.

We can decline if your cancellation request out of the given time, as supplier will have started preparing your order.


Local Delivery (Within Malaysia)

We provide FREE delivery for purchases of products above RM2500/- per invoice/location within these areas:-

1. Klang Valley – Klang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, SubangJaya, Puchong, KL, WangsaMaju/ Ampang, Gombak, Kajang, Semenyih, Selayang, Sg. Buloh, Cheras
2. Cyberjaya
3. Putrajaya

Delivery charges apply for locations out of Melaka and the above areas stated in No. 1 – 3. Charges base on weight or cubic metre (whichever is higher), delivery destination and type of transportation/courier services selected.

Products without printing, delivery within 3 - 5 working days (Monday-Friday) upon your order created with payment made.

Products with printing, delivery within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) upon your order created with confirmation of artwork and payment made.

Courier service tracking numbers are emailed once order posted.
